Evaluasi kinerja sumber daya manusia diperlukan sebagai tolak ukur karyawan dalam kondisi baik yang berkorelasi positif dengan kinerjanya . Bahan penelitian ini dengan mengambil data di PT. Citra Media Sejati Surakarta( Networking : ISP, Warnet). Alat evaluasi menggunakan tipe dua dimensi, yaitu : data stress dan data kinerja sumber daya manusia serta diolah dalam statistik rata-rata tertimbang(skala pengukuran interval) dan ditampilkan dalam grafik. Hasil pengolahan data dianalisis, sehingga didapatkan hasil evaluasi dari tiap karyawan apakah tingkat kesetresan dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
