Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Informasi saat ini salah satu faktornya didasari pada perkembangan teknologi Internet. Internet merupakan jaringan yang berkembang dengan lingkup global yang memberikan informasi tanpa batas bagi para penguna.Didalam internet terdapat berbagai informasi yang tanpa batas dan alat-alat yang dapat dipakai untuk mengakses informasi. Alat-alat pengakses infromasiinternet ini ternyata belum mampu untuk kegiatan proses belajar mengajar  sifatnya hanya dapat mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar
