Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh wanita dalam usaha melestarikan kerajinan batik tulis khususnya di daerah kelurahan Banaran Sukoharjo dan kampoeng batik Laweyan Solo. Hasil penelitian dapat membantu pihak pemilik dan pekerja industri batik dalam mengembangkan usaha batik tulis. Pengolahan data responden menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan jalan membandingkan antara faktor-faktor peran serta wanita dalam melestarikan kerajinan batik tulis.
